Once the lots are paid, they must be picked up within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of adjudication, unless contractual arrangements are made with the Auction House.
Pickup is possible only by appointment to be arranged in advance (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and our auction days) by writing to: info@ltwidauctions.com. Otherwise, all custodial rights will belong to the Auction House, which will be exonerated from any responsibility in relation to the custody and possible deterioration of the objects.
Notice of withdrawal must be given to the Auction House at least 3 (three) days’ in advance.

If the pickup is not made directly by the successful bidder, but by a third party, the completion of the pickup-proxy form is required.
The Auction House reserves the right to charge a storage fee of 10 euros per day for the lots not picked up on time, with the exception of those for which it is necessary to obtain a certificate of free movement and/or a self-certification for export (for these, the counting starts from obtaining the authorizations).
The Ltwid Auction House SRL is exonerated from any responsibility for deterioration, damage or theft of the lots and reserves the right to charge a storage fee of 10 (ten) euros per day for the lots not picked up on time, holding the item at the expense and risk of the buyer, until the amount due is paid. In the event that the amount owed for storage charges exceeds the purchase value of the lot, the Auction House may recoup the lot itself to pay off the credit acquired.
