The work is enriched by reproductions of d'Annunzian autographs and period photographs. COPY WITH AUTOGRAPH DEDICATION by author Manlio Barilli to Anna Maria d'Annunzio, dated 3 May 1941 (year XIX E.F.), with text celebrating 'the exaltation of an immortal Genius'. Barilli was an intimate frequenter of the Vittoriale and direct witness to the poet's final years. Fair condition: wrappers with wear and waviness, internal foxing, library stamp. The autograph dedication to a recipient from the d'Annunzian circle confers particular documentary interest to this copy.
