Wonderful and elegant 1940s Silver-plated metal sauce holder of fine Calderoni workmanship.
The holder is made entirely of silver, now more burnished due to time, but which can always be polished and refurbished.
It has a thick round base that raises and supports the wider, extended central body, suitable for holding sauces.
At the height of the rim, a silver widening is evident, suitable to help the sauces come out well.
The side sleeve is very elegant and curvy, narrow but smooth.
It also features an oval saucer, making it even finer.
The sauce box is suitable for gallant and important events, or for display in collectible showcases.
